My profile

Your Violet profile is a bit like your ID card in the Internet of Things. The members of Violet.net can access your profile and send you messages on your Objects.

Click on 'Edit profile' in the upper right corner to change your profile.

Basic:
Under this tab you can edit your information like your name, surname, location, birthday.

Directory:
Choose if you want your profile to be published in the people directory (or not).

Biography:
You love pink, you speak Turkish and you want everybody to love you. You should really let people know this.

Signature:
Under this tab you can choose a signature for the messages that you will send to other people. Your signature will be played at the beginning and the end of each of your message. Your signature is composed of an animation, a color and a sound.

Picture:
You can choose a picture to be displayed on your profile.

If the information in your profile do not fit within our conditions of use, we can at anytime remove your description or picture.

On Violet.net you can find People and their Things.

To find People click on 'People' at the top of the page. You can then fill some criteria to narrow down your search.

To find connected Things, click on 'Things' at the top of the page and type the name and/or the type of object you're looking for.

Once you hit the Search button you will see the results matching your criteria and interact with the People or Things which have been found.
