FAQ

In order to login on your Violet account, you have to fill the e-mail address you used while registering, and your account's password. 

If you can't login, please delete the cookies from your browser and clear your cache. Then go to Violet.net and login again.

If you are using FireFox :
- Click on 'Tools'
- Then click on 'Options'
- Select the tab 'Private Life' then 'Clear'
- select the option 'cookies' then 'Delete History'

If you are using Internet Explorer (v6) :
- Click on 'Tools / Internet options'
- The click on 'Delete cookies'

If you are using Internet Explorer (v7) :
- Click on 'Tools / Internet options'
- In the section 'Browsing history', click on the button 'Delete' then 'Delete cookies'

If you are using Safari :
- Click on the menu 'Safari / Preferences'
- In the security section, show the cookies
- Click on 'Delete all' 

You can find your Violet.net password by clicking on 'Forgot Password ?' (on the login page). 

Fill the e-mail address you used to register. An e-mail containing your login Idents will be sent to this e-mail address. 

Objects can't be unlinked by Users. If you want your Object to be unlinked from your account, please contact the Support thanks to this form. 

You can change the name and the e-mail of your Objects from the 'Pedigree':

Select the Object you want to update thanks to the 'Object Picker'.

Click on 'Pedigree'.

Your Object can get any name (even if the name is already used). However, it has to get a free e-mail address.

If the e-mail address you chose for your Object is already used, you will be invited to change it for a new one.
